After working on and installing the updated Alley Signs, the pressure treated lumber acting as a 'loggia' for the Cook Plaza Alley had seen its better day. The exchange of light fixtures along with the lamp color temperature, just like at the train trestles, is at the heart of making this space a more inviting and integrated part of the downtown.
